Welcome Clanton Accounting & Tax Service, Inc. now has Certified Public Accounting, Financial Management, and Estate Planning capabilities. Roy Burnett, Owner has announced that effective January 1, 2009 our business has been acquired by Bryan L. Parker, CPA, LLC which is located in Pelham, Alabama.  What this combination provides to each of our clients is a solid transition plan, additional resources to serve their needs and a firm that has similar client service objectives.  The entire firm will now have 7 professionals and 4 support personnel to serve our client's needs.  This will ensure that our clients will have the necessary support through this transition and that they will continue to have access to the excellent services that they have become accustomed to. Our office location will not change for the foreseeable future, as we have agreed to maintain our office location as well as their location for a period of time to further facilitate the transition. We have enjoyed and appreciated the professional relationship we have had through the years and look forward to this continuing through this transition as our clients continue to have the professional services that they have become accustomed to receiving.   We invite our clients and potential clients to visit our site often, and email us with any questions or concerns they might have.
