We are locally owned small business and can do the job less expensively than you can yourself. ADP/Paychex, hereinafter called the Big Two are corporate conglomerates with local representatives.
We have payroll tax specialists and accounting professionals that can answer questions specific to payroll and IRS issues. The Big Two have data entry clerks and most questions concerning various payroll tax returns are referred back to the client's accountant.
We are reliable because we are local and we work at providing a quality service to our community. The Big Two may strive for reliability, however, because of their size and having 400,000 to 500,000 clients each, things constantly slip through the cracks.
We are more flexible overall in dealing with our clients because of the size of our operation. Specifically, how and when payroll data will be submitted and delivered, any changes and adjustments, customized reports, etc. The Big Two cannot be flexible due to having 400,000 to 500,000 clients. If a client misses getting a payroll delivery, what happens? If a client misses calling in their payroll, what happens? If you have a special need, what happens? How flexible can the Big Two be with all those clients?
We offer customer service giving personal attention to our clients and this gives you a favorable experience with our firm. We offer a level of customer service that is extremely high because we are a professional accounting and tax firm, plus we are local and doing business where you live. Again due to their size the Big Two cannot give the same level of service that a local firm can give.
