Diversification Current Fees Our current fee structure for personal income tax preparation will change to the following:  Federal and State short form----------$130.00 Federal and State long form-----------$160.00 Schedule C add---------------------------$  70.00 Schedule F add---------------------------$  70.00 Other forms are $10.00 as needed. There will be a 20% discount for senior citizens with an adjusted gross income of less than $50,000.00. Corporate forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, 720, 990 and other returns are $575.00.  As always these fees include year around service and governmental agency follow-up, if needed.  If we make a mistake you pay the additional taxes and interest, we pay the penalties.
